Administrative Support Fees
Administrative support services are charged on an hourly or project basis. Estimates are calculated according to the complexity of your project, including readability, format, grammar, organization, and technical content of the material submitted, as well as the estimated time it would take for a qualified service provider to complete the project. The skills, equipment and technology needed to complete your project are also taken into consideration. To receive a quote, please contact us.

Web Design Fees
Web design services are quoted based on your specific needs. Upon assessment of your needs, a proposal will be submitted to you, itemizing your web design needs. To receive a web design quote, please click here.

Payment Terms
A signed contract is required prior to the establishing of a business relationship. New clients will be requested to pay a 50% deposit before work commences on any project, with the balance due upon completion of the project. (If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.)

Established clients have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt of their monthly invoices in several ways:

  • Credit card - through the secure PayPal system. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes! Click here for more information.

  • Business or personal check - please note that if you are a new client who chooses to pay for an initial project with a business or personal check, we cannot start working on your project until your check has cleared, which may cause unnecessary delays, particularly if you are in a rush.

Therefore, we recommend payment via credit card for quicker service delivery.

*Please note that we require a $30 returned check fee.

Retainer Rates
Amy's Office provides discounted rates to clients who retain (a minimum of 30 hours per month) our services on a monthly basis. Retainer fees are due prior to the beginning of each month.

  • Plan A - Retain our services for 10 hours per month and receive a 10% discount on our hourly rates. Each additional hour billed at discounted rate of 10%.

  • Plan B - Retain our services for 20 hours per month and receive a 15% discount on our hourly rates. Each additional hour billed at discounted rate of 15%.

  • Plan C - Retain our services for 30 hours per month and receive a 20% discount on our hourly rates. Each additional hour billed at discounted rate of 20%.

Note: Unused retainer hours will not be credited.

Rush Rates
Projects requiring turnaround of less than 24 hours, work on the weekend or work on a holiday are subject to a 25% rate increase.

Final Product
Final proofing is the responsibility of the client. Typographical errors will be corrected at no charge.

Amy's Office takes great pride in producing quality work within your budget.

A detailed invoice is provided to clients at the completion of the project.
